Return & Exchange Policy

Because beauty and personal care products are delicate and personal in nature, our policies ensure fairness, safety, and transparency for all customers. Please review our guidelines carefully before placing an order.
1. Damaged, Leaking, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We pack every order with maximum care, but if your items are compromised during transit, please notify us immediately.
Strict 3-Hour Reporting Window: Any damaged, broken, leaking, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 3 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window cannot be entertained.
Verification Requirements: To validate your claim, you must provide:
A clear photograph of the order invoice.
Clear photos/videos of the product condition and the outer packaging.
An unboxing video (strongly recommended).
Resolution: Verified claims will be processed within 48 hours. Compensation will be issued in the form of an online Store Voucher matching the value of the affected item, which you can use for your next purchase.
Important: The product must remain completely unused, unsealed, and in its original retail packaging. If an item is opened, used, or tampered with, the claim will be rejected.
2. "Change of Mind" & Standard Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you need to request an exchange due to selecting the wrong shade, product type, or a change of mind:
Condition: The item must be completely untouched, unopened, factory-sealed, and in its original resaleable condition.
Shipping Cost: For online purchases, return shipping costs to send the item back to our warehouse are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time: Once we receive and verify the item at our facility, your exchange or voucher will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
3. Out-of-Stock Items
If you have already paid for an item online that becomes unavailable or out of stock:
Our support team will contact you to collect your banking details.
A direct monetary refund will be safely transferred to your account within 48 to 72 hours of confirmation.
4. Reverse Pickups & Timeline Expectations
If a reverse courier pickup is arranged by us for an approved exchange, it can take 10 to 15 working days depending on courier schedules.
The complete lifecycle of an exchange—including pickup, quality inspection, and resolution—may take up to 15 working days.
